Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce
This sauce is velvety and thick. Use it for dipping fresh cut veggies, fresh spring rolls or satay.
It tastes great slathered onto sandwiches and wraps too. If you plan on using the sauce to coat noodles or as a salad dressing, thin it with one to three tablespoons of water before tossing.
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup Healthy Fuel peanut butter (creamy)
2 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar or white vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp cayenne or chilli flakes (optional)
1/4 cup water
Using a fork or whisk mix all the ingredients along with Healthy Fuel peanut butter until well combined.
Top with an extra squeeze of lime and some chopped salted peanuts, fresh coriander and/ or green onions, as desired.
Enjoy this peanut sauce with veggies, grilled meats, noodles etc.
The dip can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 7-10 days.
