Sesame Soy Cashew Butter Dipping Sauce

A creamy Asian flavored dressing that goes on just about anything. Use it as a sauce on burgers or rice bowls, a dressing on coleslaw or salad, or as a dip for crackers or raw veggies.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Healthy Fuel cashew butter (creamy)


3 tablespoons water


1 tablespoon sesame oil


1 tablespoon fresh lime juice


1 1/2 teaspoons honey


2 teaspoons soya sauce


1 teaspoon finely grated ginger


1/4 teaspoon crushed chilli flakes

Method

1. Add all ingredients along with Healthy Fuel cashew butter and mix them in a blender for 20 seconds until smooth.


2. Use it as a dipping sauce for fresh veggies or baked chips.
