Cashew Butter and Date Protein Balls

These super delicious cashew butter and date protein balls are packed with protein, fibre and healthy fats and come together in 5 minutes leaving behind minimal clean up. This recipe can be used as a guideline with additions and subtractions of your liking. You could leave out the cinnamon and add cocoa powder for example. Either case, we guarantee they'll hit the spot.

Ingredients

1 cup pitted dates


2 tbsp Healthy Fuel Cashew Butter


1/4 cup walnuts


1 tbsp Oats


1/2 tsp cinnamon


1/2 tsp vanilla extract 


1/4 tsp salt

Method

1. Combine all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until smooth and the dough forms a ball.


2. Use your hands to shape the mixture into 2 inch round balls. Top with chopped walnuts for garnish!
