Almond Butter Chia Pudding


This creamy almond butter chia seed pudding is perfect for a quick breakfast, snack, or healthy treat. Made with a combination of chia seeds, almond butter, and honey, it is naturally sweetened and full of healthy fats.


3 tbsp Healthy Fuel almond butter

2 tbsp Honey

1 cup almond milk or regular milk

1/4 cup chia seeds


1. Add Healthy Fuel almond butter, honey and milk in a bowl and stir together. 

2. Mix the chia seeds and stir the mixture for a good 30 seconds. 

3. Once everything is well blended, pour it into a jar and place it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight. 

4. Add a little more milk while serving to decrease the consistency. 

5. Garnish well with more almond butter, some chopped almonds or your favourite fruit. 

6. Your on the go breakfast, snack or dessert is ready. Enjoy!!!
